1. Scope of Engagement
Lakshnik Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides custom software development, AI automation pipelines, SaaS platform architecture, and cloud management services under formal Statements of Work (SOW) executed with our enterprise, institutional, and business clients.
2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership
Upon full settlement of contracted milestone invoices, 100% of custom source code, design assets, database models, and deployment configurations developed specifically for the client are assigned entirely to the client.
3. Milestone Acceptance & Warranty
Each development phase follows a formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) review. Lakshnik Technologies provides post-launch warranty coverage against production defects as defined in the applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and related service contracts are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Nagpur / Maharashtra.
